Bought cod points once, paid twice and never received them

like the title says I purchased cod points once to get the no dupes 20 rare pack and got confused since I didn't receive them so I checked my bank and it apparently was purchased twice and I still never receive them so is it possible to get a refund even
if it says no refunds because this is ridiculous

Didn't get my MS points

I paid for 1600 points and never got anything. My American express account says they were paid for. I never received an email or anything for the code.

Xbox Live payment problem? Please Help..!!!

i have bought 2 items, a 9.99$ monthly membership and 19.99$ 1600 points bundle, but when i go to my view my statements, i have a total Purchase/Fees of 49.99$ and also have a Payments/Credits of 49.99$, i check my statement, it stated that i have purchased
the points twice, but i never received the points twice on my account, and on my paypal account, it stated that i only paid them for 2 items, the membership and the 1600 points bundle, what i'm curious about is it seem to paid itself, because my paypal was
only charged for 2 items i bought.

anyway, do i have unpaid bills? because my summary stated that i have Purchase/Fees of 49.99$ and Payment/Credits of 49.99$, does that mean i already paid for all the items?

also, is there anywhere i can check my unpaid bills?

Try pressing start / menu on that Call of Duty game, then scroll down and select "Manage game & add-ons."

See if they are there in the "Ready to Install" section.

If not, then you may want to get in contact with Activision.

I purchased COD points through the Virtual Store and it charged my bank account for the points but they were never added to my activision account. Am I missing a step or do I need to request a refund for my money?
