Bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare but payment wasn't processed properly

Due to the weekend I'm not able to call Microsoft Servicedesk.

However, what are the options to consider in order to get the digital product successfully.

I don't want to wait until monday.

I already paid, but the payment process with iDeal didn't go through as expected. Now I have paid 65 euros with no product in sight. In my order history the product is shown as ''Cancelled" but I literally paid what I had to pay.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options
