Bought by mistake

my six year old bought GTA V by mistake,,, of course my answer. But is there a way to regret? In Sweden we got the law of shopping in distance an d have 14 days of regret. Please help me

Game bought by mistake? Revertable

Hello XBox Support Team,

a while ago i tried around with Minecraft on the XBox, didn't really like it and that was it.

Today i recognized that i somehow bought Minecraft for XBox. That's the moment where i started being worried about how the whole system works ... i did not really know that i bought that, unitl i realized that i have lost 1600 Points for something i don't
want.

Any chance that you help me out here? You can surely check the logs, i maybe have checked the game once, but that's all.

Would be great to have get some help from your side

You would want to check http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it will let you start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Sorry but it clearly states "no refunds" on games bought from the marketplace.

You can try phoning support for your region & explaining but I doubt they'll refund you as there's nothing wrong with the game

You may want to set up some parental controls to stop this happening again

I understand the difficulties in this and similar matters. And of course it is my responsibility as a parent. I see the text "no refunds", but it is 700 swedish money out to nothing. Is there a chance to change the game to another? My kids are 6 and 10 years
old, and I don't want them to play GTA. So can you keep your money and we at least get something we can use?!?

But why isn't there a password or an id to confirm the last step of the buy, like in iTunes/Apple store?!?

i'm trying to contact them by twitter (and tomorrow by phone cause it's actually closed...)
