Bought Bully Scholarship and I cant play it

Bully scholarship keeps signing me out of my account and then says I cant sign in so cant save progress = cant play. i have removed my profile added it back in signed out signed in, uninstalled and reinstalled the game…should I just ask for a refund or is there something im missing

Now its asking me to log into my microsoft account oresuming I just do that

Strange keeps telling me my password is wrong I wven reset it still says its wrong just realised it wont let me type more than a few characters

Just to confirm, is this the only game you are having problem with or other games as well? I checked the game and it seems to be part of Xbox 360 backwards compatible game.

If you haven't tried yet, I suggest to try clearing your Xbox 360 storage. Just go to your settings on your Xbox One, then click all settings. Make your way to System > Storage and from there click on Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Your Xbox console will reset and once you open the game it should sign you in to your account automatically but if not try to sign in to your gamertag again.

In case there are still problems, you can also check the post here in one of the community forum https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/... posted by a fellow gamer. The troubleshooting should still work up to this day.

Just let us know here how it goes and we will try our best to assist further if the same issue persist.
