Bought Blue Dragon on Xbox One Store, won't launch

Yesterday i bought Blue Dragon from the Xbox One store for 4.99. Today I am trying to launch it for the first time and it fails to launch every time. It shows a Blue Dragon screen for about 2 seconds then always instantly throws me back to the Xbox One
home menu with no error message or anything.

I've even tried in an older Xbox one day one edition and I get the same problem. Other store bought dvds and Blu rays work fine. Netflix dvds won't play.

 

Call of Duty 2 won't launch

bought black Ops 2 from store. Downloaded and won't launch. Freezes on screen and kicks out to main screen. Tried power down, clearing cache on saved games etc... Any suggestions?

No this did not help at all. The issue is not the game freezing and needing to be restarted, the issue is the game will not launch at all to begin with. I also downloaded Lost Odyssey and that game works fine. Blue Dragon fails to launch.

If the previously posted troubleshooting didn't really help with the issue you might want to reset your console.

First you would make sure that you have the sign in info for all of the accounts that you guys value on the console and that you guys have a solid, accessible connection to the internet.

If you have that, try to do a soft reset.

It's a factory reset where you get to keep your games and apps
