Bought black ops 6 battle pass and now I can’t play multiplayer. How do I fix this?

I bought the battle pass for black ops 6 and now I can’t play matchmaking. Only solo/ local. When I bought the battle pass the game prompted me to buy black ops 6 again which I did thinking it would solve the issue but it didn’t. I have already restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and I have already removed old devices from my Microsoft account. Someone please help me play the game o basically put headed twice.

To play multiplayer matches this game requires you to have an Xbox Game Pass Core, do you currently own this subscription?

I can’t even play Warzone because season 3 and now season 4 is doing the same thing. I should get a refund on my battle pass because I can’t even access the damn game to play it!

I was just playing black ops 2 Lastnight online just got revolution playing it perfectly fine and now this status code came up how do I fix it. This is aggravating

I am going thur the same thing I have completed 80% of my battle pass and for the last 6 days it has not moved an inch or have giving me any tokens. How can I fix this battle pass is almost over in like 28 days…

I am having the same problem here as well. I looked in my order history and it shows i purchased a season pass for 49.99 but it doesnt say what season pass it is. I know its to black ops 2. And it shows that i bought microsoft points for the dlc of the
original black ops. It shows order numbers but that is pretty much it. Now what do i do????
