Bought Black Ops 3 with gift cards, took money but didn't give me game

I was really excited to buy Black Ops 3 with my gift card money. I went to buy it for $52.04 on the Xbox store, and it comes up as an error message, saying "Something went wrong." I figured it was just a timeout and I tried again. However, it took out $52.04
from by balance when it showed the error, so I couldn't afford it. I tried restarting my console and reloading my profile, but the button still says "Buy $49.79 plus tax" and I only have $21.08 left. I went online to check my purchase history and it said i
bought it for $52.04. I resynced my computer with my xbox, and tried to download on my computer, but it still said I had to but it again. Extremely *** off, and I don't know if there is a way to fix it, i just went to know what to do in the future.

I bought 3 £60 shark cards and it took my money from my bank but it said that I didn't have authorisation to buy it but it still took my money but didn't give me what I paid for, now I don't know what to do my bank says I bought 3 shark cards but I don't
have the in game money, can you do something Microsoft thanks (and I had £175 in my bank)

I bought Black Ops 4 today online and payed directly with my bank account and they took the money €129,99 from my account. But I can't find the game back in my downloads. You can give me an advise what to do?

Can i buy the game again and get the money back of the game that i didnt received?

MS Online Store gives you a $25 gift card. They give you a $10 one and 1600 msp for Black Ops 2 as well. Worth it if you plan to get both games.
