Bought BF4 premium a few days ago Now on Sale for 24$ on Dash

If I bought a actual copy at any other retailer they would refund me the difference because of the sale. But I bought a digital copy through XBL and they wont do it, even though every retailer would honor that. BS

Well I got it on sale at EB Games a few days ago for $24 AUD. I didn't sell the game cause I got it for PS3 lol.

I'll probably get premium when it goes on sale. I know I got BF4 premium 50% off on Black Friday last year. That's when I bought it. But by then Star Wars Battlefront will be out. Be busy playing that so premium for Hardline will take a back seat even
if I buy it.

 

Microsoft really screws customers over. Not happy. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Customer for 10 years.

XBL Customer service: BF4 Premium is an add-on/season pass for the BF4 base game

XBL Customer Service: Its not the game itself

ME: That does not cost 60$, It includes BF4 all the DLC a recon kit and BF4 premium ALL IN ONE. Dont tell me its not a game thats ridiculous, and if you think that your ignroant

And at that point they finally ended the chat on me. No swearing no Nothing. This is Horrible customer service.

 

They don't have to give you your money back because EA decided to have a sale on their games. If they did do that EA would have to refund everyone who bought the game before the sale.

I know how you feel, I bought a game plenty of times and only to see it marked down a couple days later.

 

I know but its the concept of buying a digital copy vs going to a retailer. So stupid and a scam.

 

Oh and the fact the guy i was talking to thought it wasnt the game and only the premium pass after I was chatting with them more than a hour.
