Bought battlefiled v but not received!

I Just bought bf5 for 70 euro... And its been deducted from my bank account but I haven't received the game? Also it 's not appearing on the purchase list...

What to do ?

Getting kicked to dashboard and Xbox One freezing then shutting itself off during campaign of CoD Ghosts

been happening in battlefiled but it just happend in assassins creed 4 during multiplayer.

do what I did

I put the HDMI switch after my A/V receiver

so HDMI from XB1 to input of A/V receiver. Output of A/V receiver to input of HDMI switch. 1st output of HDMI switch to TV, 2nd output of HDMI switch to projector. gives full audio and now you have options for either TV or projector for everything that is connected to your A/V receiver

 

Did you buy the game at the official MS / Xbox Store? If not, you have to deal with this problem with the store / salesman you bought the game with. If you bought the game on the MS / XBOX Store, there is no mistake on the Microsoft / Xbox side, you should
already have the game in Ready to Install if you bought it immediately after payment. If this did not happen, there is a problem at your side, at the bank, the payment account. Or, you can set a small daily spending limit. It can be anything.

 

I bought it from the ms store from my laptop thats the strange part even my bank account says it went to microsoft

Order History to confirm that the purchase is showing up on your account. If it does show the confirmation of the purchase going through successfully, I suggest for you to go on your Xbox go to the store and try to manually install the game (It should give
the option to install without buying it again if purchase was successful)
