bought ARK Explorer's Edition pack but can't download it

Discus and support bought ARK Explorer's Edition pack but can't download it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the ark explorer's edition on the microsoft store , but when I try to download it, it says that I need to buy the game. can someone help me...     I bought the ark explorer's edition on the microsoft store , but when I try to download it, it says that I need to buy the game.

    can someone help me with this problem?

    I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Premium Edition and the explorers pack stopped at 100% and it doesnt installed its 99$ come on!

    Paid for a game and it says I need to pay for it again xbox one

    This happend to me as well I bought ark survival but I can't download it, it wount even give me the option

    The game was kind of having issues all day so i think it dhould be okay now. Our dedicated server didnt work today and i couldnt play single player for a while. On top of that the ark website was down for a bit, try power cycling your concole and trying
    agsin.

    Can't Download Genesis 2 DLC for Ark: Survival Evolved

    Hello LKELLY96,

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Ark Genesis Part 2 is part of the Genesis season pass that you can purchase separately with Ark: Survival Evolved. At this time, the Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition which includes; the Survival Evolved Season Pass, Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, and Survival Evolved Aberrant Skins is the current edition that is available on Game Pass.

    Ark: Genesis Part 2 is part of the second expansion pack which is not currently available with Game Pass. However, Game Pass members may currently receive a discount on the ARK: Genesis Season Pass which would include Ark: Genesis Part 2.

    I hope this helps and I apologize for any confusion!
