Bought Arena REQ bundle just now, Do i get the previous packs?

Just a bit confused, bought the arena req bundle today (april 3rd) and I am wondering If i get access to the packs that I missed out on, or if i just blew 25$ on packs and will only receive half of them.

Need some help, just bough Warzone & Arena REQ packs for Halo 5.......

Okay, so I just bought both the Arena and Warzone REQ bundles...I went to my REQ options and Arena showed up with two packs ready to be opened, but Warzone is nowhere to be found....Now here's the thing, I did buy the Warzone REQ bundle
a while back, and I was able to get a few Packs out of it before it was removed from my account because my bank took the charges back from Microsoft for a ridiculous reason and Microsoft removed the license for the Warzone Bundle.



I do now see (after the fact), that it's once per account, well, I never was able to get all 7 weeks worth out of the first one to begin with, and I'd be highly *** to have wasted another $25 on something I'll never be able to use.One would figure
it would work fine because I only got one to two weeks worth before the license from the Warzone Bundle was removed, and it states you can buy both the arena and Warzone packs to get 4 each weekPlease someone help me out here.....

 

Bought WarZone REQ Pack - Never recieved anything

I just bought the Halo 5 Guardians Legendary Edition which has a WarZone REQ Pack-code in the bundle. I tried to use the code on my sons account (I only play Arena ). It seemed to work, since code was accepted. But he never received any of 7 * 2 packs
that it is supposed to give.

You can't buy the bundle right now, but I guess that unused codes should still work. Trying to resubmit the code results in an "already used", which make sense... at least to some degree.

Does anyone have a clue on what I can do? It is approx. 14 days ago since we submitted the code.

You will recieve all the REQs you paid for. The Arena bundle is not a time sensitive purchase. No matter when you purchase the Bundle you will receive 14 Premium REQ packs (2 per week for 7 weeks). Hope this helps clarify things for you!
