bought and paid for digital games but are not downloading

Hi my mom allowed me to buy some games the point is we bought some games but they are not downloading we bought Rise of the Tomb Raider the Delux edition i think it was called basically its special edition, we also got Halo Master Chief Editon+Halo 5 bundle,
and Dishonored Defenitive Edition we got them on sale but they are not downloading or should I say installing on the xbox one

Digital download stopped working

You have been ripped off as you never bought a digital download of the game you paid for details of an account that had Forza 5 purchased on it, eBay is full of these very dodgy profile sellers and they should be avoided at all costs.

Greetings, I have a issue to downloading a digital game, Megaman 10, that I bought, with a copy from the Capcom Essentials game, I introduced the code game and the system said "Invalida Code" and I never redeem de code before, I am very dissapointing because
I cannot download the game to play it, I want my game because a I paid for a copy capcom Essentials and I dont have my Megaman 10 digital game, tell me, what I can do?

If the games that you bought are not showing on your Ready to Install lists. I would recommend to try to search them manually through the xbox store on the console. It should allow you to download and install them as long as you're signed in to the account
who bought them.

 

I paid for super hot game but it didn't appear on my queue list. I wasted my Microsoft points!

 

Well, nothing's waste as long as you can download them. You just need to know how. You can download them by searching them directly through the xbox store. Not everything goes to Queue once bought.

 

It was a glitch so that I couldn't do anything but get more Microsoft points.XD it also happened to my friend too

 

they are on my install list they just dont install they start at 0 percent and stay at 0 percent they dont move

 

@Fetching, have you tried making sure theyre not paused or that the games dont need to update first? I've had a game i tried to install, not download untill it was updated before
