Bought and installed Dead Rising 4 on PC but wont start

Dear Support,

Yesterday i bought and Installed Dead Rising 4 on PC windows 10 of course, but the game itself wont start ... i really want to play tho but i dont know what to do ?

And my pre-order X-Fists doesn't want to download, Marking as Error but no error code showed up.

Any Help ?

how can i redownload Dead Rising 2 when my gamesforwindowslive dosen't show my dead rising 2

I bought a copy of Dead Rising 2 and i open up games for windows live to see how i can download it again but it dosent show anything about dead rising 2 its on my activity i dont have an xbox anymore and it shows dead rising 2 for xbox and i never had it
for that... please help

Oh and i have DEAD RISING 2 For PC and i cannot find it

Hello, I understand your displeasure, could you please give me more detail regarding the error you encountered. Does the game start before closing, where does not it start at all? Are your drivers up to date? Graphic card ? Other?
