Bought and downloaded a game to the wrong microsoft account.

Unfortunately once a game is redeemed on an account, it is tied to that account. If you want to play on Xbox you could set the work Gamertag as your home account and still have access to all the other games through that console. If on PC the only thing
you can do is link your main account with your work account but you will only be able to play it using the work account.

You cannot convert your account balance from one currency to another.
You cannot transfer the money in your Microsoft account to another Microsoft account.
This includes transfers between accounts held by friends, family members, or even other accounts registered
in your name or determined to be owned by you.

While there isn't any way to transfer Microsoft account currency between accounts. You can always "gift" an item you were planning to buy to the other account I believe. I once bought Halo for my brother that way.
