    Bought an Xbox Series X on Launch Day and still have not received it


    I purchased an Xbox on launch day 10 Nov. The purchase notification stated that I would receive it by 23 December even though the website stated that it would be shipped in 2-3 days. Not a big deal though considering it is a Christmas gift. The shipping
    method for this order is expedited. I received a notification on 11 December that the order was being processed for shipment and was delivered/picked up by FedEx on 14 December. The shipping method was however not expedited and the Xbox was sent ground/home
    delivery. Here I am on 30 December and the package appears to have been "lost" by FedEx in California and the microsoft team is "investigating" the shipment and will get back to me in 48-72 hours via email. Not through a follow up call...

    The reason I am livid is the misinformation provided by Microsoft regarding the shipping speed and actual method used, and the third party call centers that I am subjected to. These folks have canned responses and are unable to help me or provide me with
    succinct details regarding my specific situation.

    I just wanted to bring some additional attention to this and will update with how the issues was resolved... as it has currently been 48-hours and all that I can see is that my FedEx shipment was updated with a delivery date of tomorrow without any additional
    update to tracking information ... just someone at a desk entering in a new date...
