    Hi, I recently purchased my Xbox one X on November 24th 2017, the $499 new system did not come with any games pre-loaded. Not even a month later I see a commercial stating "Buy an Xbox One X and receive PUBG FREE" My question is
    do I an Xbox One X owner get a FREE copy of PlayerUnknown Battleground? It's kinda lame that I haven't received a digital code of the game considering as how this is a way to boost Xbox One X sales and I bought mine within a month of the promotion. Most retailers
    will honor such deals as long as the promotion was within a 30-day purchase. Will you be so kind as to honor this deal for me?

    On November 24th I bought an Xbox One S, I used to own an Xbox 360. I am also a Xbox Reward Program Member, so I was wondering, when will I receive my 30,000 Reward Points as Stated on this link: Xbox Live Rewards

    I would recommend contacting billing support to see if there is any consolation they can offer you for this inconvenience. No one on the forum would have the tools to help with this, but they would if anything is possible. This site

    Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.
