Bought an XBOX One S / FFXV I'm extremely Disappointed....

I bought A xbox one s from walmart brand new for 299.99 was 327 roughly after tax. bought ffxv as well it was on sale for 54$. Rushed home plugged my Surround Sound up and 4k tv. Popped in my ffxv disk.... OMG it took 4 hours to install the game... OKay
fine i can get over that... Started the game up and OMG it looks like a pc game scaled up to a different resolution all blurry and muddy... The UI was clean and crisp ill give it that. So anyway looked into my xbox one setup thinking maybe i just screwed
something up... Nope everything like normal. Started FFXV up again and no difference. After about 6 hours of playing and not being able to get over the blur and muddy textures.... I mean it looks like Depth of Field on the whole screen.... ****!? I love how
it works well with my windows 10... love the menu and xbox app.... But WOW i just cant seem to play it for longer than about an hour cause i get so upset and disappointed when i look at how ugly that game looks.

Ive been a big supporter for xbox ever since after 4 years my xbox 360 red ringed and with no cost Microsoft sent me a free replacement and it continues to work to this very second. Sony wanted to charge me 170 just to get a orange light off my ps3.

Ever since, i have advocated for Microsoft by helping people transition into Windows 10. I love my xbox controller with windows 10. And i was realy impressed with the xbox integration into Windows 10. But i have to admit im currently looking into a PS4.
I have 12 days left before i can no longer return my console and get a full refund. Im stuck with the xbox version of FFXV because they dont take back open games only exchange them for the same item.

Admittingly, FFXV is the only game i have experienced with the Xbox One S. I feel troubled to throw in the towel so early but... Man... Im so disappointed. My advice is please Microsoft do something about this because as far as i can tell Square-Enix is
in no way helping XBOX One S to compete in todays console wars. I have even emailed Square with the problem and have not even received a response back... Not even an automated one....

I feel the same way... I bought the xbox one with the idea i'd get to watch mlb on it... i guess "spring 2014" didn't mean in time for spring training. i'm extremely disappointed.
