Bought an Xbox One on 7/8/2014, Need code for 75$ store credit

Hello all,

I've owned 2 Xbox 360's (red ring) and have been a Live customer since launch. My last 360 (which was a replacement unit for the first red ring) got the red ring last April and since it was so close to Xbox One's launch I never replaced it. I finally got
around to picking up an Xbox One yesterday (7/8/2014) and to my surprise I found about this 75$ promotion. I never received the upgrade code since my 360 hasn't been operational for about a year. Am I still eligible for this promotion?

Not received my £45 promo code with the purchase of a xbox one...

I was offered a £45 promotional code with the purchase of a xbox one console from any retailer from 22/7/2014 through 15/8/2014. (Which I did as I purchased one and set it up on the 30/7/2014). The ad then stated that the gift code will be sent from
xbox to my xbox one message centre by the 22/8/14 but I have not received such code.

 

I was supposed to receive 75$ gift card for switching to a xbox one..

I've two. A day one and the day before it was available pre-paid/pre-ordered a kinectless version for the other room. I've also bought the vast majority of the games that have come out for the system.

Think they'll toss me a code or two?

 

Sorry you weren't able to tell if the offer was available to you. If you were then keep an eye on your console's inbox where a code will be sent for redemption. If you don't receive one then I would guess that you were not eligible for the offer.
