Bought an xbox controller from the xbox design lab, didn't get my 5000 points!!

I was on the rewards section, i saw that if you ordered an xbox one controller from the xbox design lab you'd get 5000 points. I ordered it and my transaction went through, but i didn't get my points.

Design Lab Rewards Points

Hello yesterday I ordered an xbox design lab controller, and with that you are supposed to get rewarded with 5000 rewards points and i never did, how can I get them?

 

You should receive the points about 14 days after the controller ships. If you don't receive them after that, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.
