Bought an XBOX 360 game online, but it is not being downloaded

So, the title pretty much says it all. I bought a game as online download, but it is not being downloaded. I restarted the console. It is connected to the internet. Nothing.

And BTW, where is the support!?

Funny thing is that to try to change my console's region I need to know which region to change it to - because currently the region is CORRECT

No VPN, no proxy, no nothing. My region is set to Israel, I'm in Israel, the game was bought on the web site.

Everything is kosher, but the game (it is FIFA 19 legacy, BTW).

Have I just lost my money?

Not sure if this is relevant, but if it's a backwards compat game, region change won't work according to support page:

"Note If you’re trying to use these steps to resolve any backward compatibility account region errors, changing your account region will not resolve
these issues. These steps are only for when you’re moving and need to change your locale. "

After playing with the menus it did download...not sure what did the trick...but now I can't play the game because it says wrong region! The region is NOT wrong - I'm in Israel, bought the game for this region (paid in shekels!), the console says the region
is Israel...What's wrong!?
