Bought an unvalid code from Amazon

you might want to contact official Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) they might be able to provide you information that could help.

Not sure if they can, but if anybody can it is only Xbox Supprt.

Didn't bought the code from third party seller I bought it directly from Amazon using Amazon pay Subscription service.

They said that when someone buys digital code they transfer the payment to the company and recieve back the code. So the end result for the code rest on the company.

If you bought it as a digital code from Amazon, they should email you a code to redeem.

Where did you buy the code from? Was it a reputable store like Amazon (NOT Amazon Marketplace, where third party sellers offers their merchandise via the Amazon website), or an actual store where you bought a code card, or did you buy the code from a code
selling site like G4A, Kinguin, CDKeys and the likes?

If you bought it from a Key selling site, be aware that these Key sellers often sell fraudulent codes that were bought with stolen credit card data, or sell codes that were given out to media and press for evaluation, and have been revoked after a certain
time.

So if you bought such a code from a key seller, return the code and get a refund, if possible.

How do you know from what region is the code from? I bought it from Amazon and it didn't work.
