Bought an expansion and it won’t install

So i bought two expansions for sims 4. One of them downloaded and plays fine, the other will not install. Ive turned the console off and back on, I’ve signed out of my account and signed back in, I’ve checked for updates, Ive gone to manage app&add-ons
and it stays in “ready to install” even when i tell it to install the game, it’ll even show up on my queue, but it never installs, idk what else to try. Send help. Thank you in advance

Make sure you have enough space to download the expansion pack to where you want it to go.

You can try to power-cycle your console and try again.

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds, turn it on again and try
to install the game.

when pre bought mine on live and installed on launch day both expansions did install

Yesterday, bought Ultimate edition. Downloaded game and LEGO expansion and installed. No LEGO icon on map. Restarted console after install. No game updates available. Do you need to play to some certain point in the main game to unlock the LEGO expansion?

I bought the cyberpunk 2077 xbox bundle, the game is not for sale yet, but when the console start the initial configuration, ask if i want to install 3 things, xbox game pass, the game and the expansion. And on the expansion give a error and said to install
later, but after that i dont see it anywere. The game only install a shortcut saying that i own the game when it releases, so the only problem is i dont see where is the free expansion is to install on my account/library
