    I bought three add-ons from the game "Fortnite" one cost $25 another $5 and the last $20. I looked on my account a few minutes later and the items did not show or appear to have transferred to my account even though I know that I have the right email
    to my account, please help.

    Some digital purchases can be delayed by a few hours or days. I would wait about 2 weeks before contacting support again.

    You bought all the add ons for GTA 4 but did you get the full game as well? You need the full GTA 4 to play the add ons.

    OMG.. i found out why i thought i never got anything new... i am not sure if i should post this here.. but it is something you will have to fix right away.. the free map pack south central expansion. has all the extra content already. cars and everything.
    this is why i didnt notice more vehicales i had them all already. from the start so your premuim and so who ever bought the premuim and ultimate got ripped off because they had it all.... if they installed the free expansion.
