Bought a Xbox One and the Game Pass came expired

hi, when you say that the game pass and gold have expired when you received your Xbox One, are you referring to the free trials?

have you ever used a free trial for Gold or Game Pass on your account before?

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to check on the status of your subscription codes. If they need to be replaced
they'll most likely ask you to email them the receipt / proof of purchase and they'll replace the subscription(s) for you.

Also, the trial for Xbox Game Pass have an expiration date because it's basically a promotion that came with your Xbox. A promotional card is the only ones that has an expiration date.

Now when you purchase it at a retailer>>they dont have an expiration date. So to answer your question>>>they wouldnt be able to use that game pass trial because it's expired.

Did you buy a pre owned console or have you ever downloaded games from gamepass and no longer subscribed, or are they games with gold and you subsciption has expired?

I did not I bought it when it was first released and I have downloaded from game pass but the game came with my xbox.

I assume you bought a 1 month game pass and xbox live so it might have expired.
