Bought a Xbox Live Gold free trial, but can´t use...

Hey,

As in title "bought" a free gold trial which I cant use. I even can´t see it under subscriptions and there is nothing under microsoft transactions. But the bill came in mail that I successfully bought Xbox Live Gold x1. If I go under Subscriptions
in web account it just shows "but xbox gold" and if I try to buy free trial again, can´t.

Can´t see any leads under web account or console account.

I just want to cancel it if the subscription exists somewhere, because I´m afraid that the subscription auto renewal will magically work.

Trials don't allow you to have access to games with gold or deals with gold, plus trials can't be used on an account that already had gold previously. @OP, just buy a month of live.

 

New to XB1

First time poster and first time xbox user so go easy on me....

Just traded in my PS3 at best buy and got xbox loaded up and playing halo for the first time...it's so so will pick up BF4 later on today.

I have a 14 day free trial for xbox live gold which I am using, should I be able to take advantage of the free ea access trial this week and be able to download and play their games for a few days?

Once the free trial is over for xbox live gold I'm assuming I will need to purchase an xbox live subscription, is xbox live gold the only option? I can't find any information online about anything other than the gold subscription so am a little confused, why there would be a gold option but no bronze/silver/platinum/diamond etc?

 

Trials don't actually give you xbox live gold,they allow you to use some of the gold features.

Are you able to play online?

 

Downloaded Defiance - can´t play.

Created a new account in console, activated trial everything works, all correct under web account, can download free gold games.

But this account is blank. It would be fun if renewal bill comes next month.

Oh yea...also can´t remove my payment option because I have a "Subscription".

 

I'm having the same problem here, i got the free trial and the bill but its been about 2 days and its not yet activated...

 

I gave up...

Contacted support via chat and they removed my invisible subscription and payment option.
