    Bought a storage device but cant play the downloaded games


    I bought a 5 tb storage for my series S and for the games that are able to download onto the storage will not work everytime i open the game it automatically closes again what should i do ?

    There is no 5tb official drive for srries s

    2tb Is max

    If they are series games or patched bc titles then you must move them onto internal memory or official storage cards to play

    you must play series S games from the internal hard drive or an official expansion card, no USB hard drive will work

    yes, as I said you NEED to have the disc of the game you installed to your storage device to play it off of said storage device. the only time a disc is not needed is if you bought it off the LIVE marketplace and had it saved to your storage device of choice.

    Have you tried re-downloading the game or moving it to a USB storage and trying to play it from there? It might be your storage device.
