Bought a starter pack and never recieved

I recently bought a starter pack on Fortnite and none of the iteams came to me and I was wondering if Microsoft was able to help me because I would really love to have my money back or the iteams

Bought WarZone REQ Pack - Never recieved anything

Hi Forum

I just bought the Halo 5 Guardians Legendary Edition which has a WarZone REQ Pack-code in the bundle. I tried to use the code on my sons account (I only play Arena ). It seemed to work, since code was accepted. But he never received any of 7 * 2 packs
that it is supposed to give.

You can't buy the bundle right now, but I guess that unused codes should still work. Trying to resubmit the code results in an "already used", which make sense... at least to some degree.

Does anyone have a clue on what I can do? It is approx. 14 days ago since we submitted the code.

Let's have you check your
commerce page to ensure that purchase went through.

If you see everything show up just fine let's have you
remove your profile from the console,
power cycle the console, and then sing back in and launch the game to check once more.

If the purchase did not go through be sure to reach out to the
chat team right away.

I tried some MyTeam today and thought it was a rip. Unless you have or can earn a ton of MT points, I would hate to think how much VC could be burned opening packs. I went and bought a Bronze pack for 1500 VC and got two skill cards that I recieved on the
free starter pack thing and one useless player... for 1500 VC!

There is no way in hell would I use 16,000 or so VC (or whatever it was) for a Gold pack

The add-on I bought as a gift for my friend was the criminal enterprise starter pack with megalodon shark card bundle

I'm having the same issue I just purchased the starter pack for $4.99 and it keeps saying I already own it and to redeem it through the shop, but I did not recieve what I purchased, and the same exact glitch happens with an unlimited loading screen that never allows me to redeem it. I also purchased it in game. How disappointing talk about stealing $4.99 from someone. Technically that's fraud.
