    I bought State of Decay 2 from the MS store. Then it refuses to let me download it. After a few days

    I give up and ask for a refund. That was denied. So my question is...

    How is selling me a product your own system denies me access to not a legit reason to refund me?

    I repeat. I bought a product I can't use because your store are having issues. Under what terms

    are you allowed to take my money and basically tell me "though luck, but there it is".

    PS! I sit with a brand new gamer PC. All is up to date.

    Yes there was a big issue with purchases not registering on the Xbox Live Status page and I have read several other posts this morning about the same issue where people have bought a game, or even bought Ancient Coins currency in Sea of Thieves, and the
    purchase went through and withdrew the money from their account but they did not get their games or in-game currency. I would contact Support about it and other than that, I know it doesn't help much right now, but I personally would give it a couple of days
    (as it's the weekend now, maybe wait through Monday and Tuesday) and see if this issue fixes itself and you are able to download the game. If the money was taken from your account, the purchase will have went through. It just seems that the access being given
    to you to download your game has gotten stuck in limbo. Hopefully this will resolve itself and you can install your game in the next few days, if not sooner.

    Check if you have windows updates pending install. I know you said it's up to date but double check anyway.

    I found that Windows store often wont download anything when there are windows updates pending.

    If your computer is up to date then try resetting the windows store.

    Bring up the run box by pressing Windows Key + R then type wsreset.exe

    Then try again.

    There are also built in troubleshooters you can try too. Might be a good idea to run the troubleshooter for Windows update as well as the store

    Also there is a service alert for the windows store so that too could be the cause
    Hmm get a 0x80080005 error on windows update. I think I found the problem. Tried several suggestions including

    resetting the windows store. Even some scripts that should fix this. Nothing helps. The troubleshooter is no help at all.
