    Bought a product but got nothing


    I bought 2 things from the Microsoft Store. I bought a virtual currency for the game sea of theaivs and a pluder pass. When I bought the currency I did not even approve it but they still withdrew the money without me getting anything. When I bought pluder pass I approved the purchase and the money has been withdrawn but still have not received anything.

    I'm sorry to hear your refund was denied, when that happens you have the possibility to appeal.
    To do it you need to reply to the response sent by the refund department explaining all the reasons

    Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

    Please enter this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Agent"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

    Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.
