Bought a new Xbox One S but didn't receive promotional 50,000 rewards points

Hi There,

I bought a 500gb Space Grey Battlefield 1 Xbox One S on 11/28/16 from the Microsoft Store on 5th Avenue in New York City and I have not yet received my 50,000 rewards points on my Xbox Live Rewards
(was one of "My Missions" promotions that ran through 12/31/16). I was told by the person who rang me out when I bought the Xbox One S that the promotion was good on the in-store Xbox One S purchase and that when I logged into my Xbox account
with the new Xbox it would trigger the promotion. Can you please help me in getting these 50,000 rewards points posted to my account? I have the receipt and any other documentation needed for proof of purchase.

I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S

I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.

Please help!

 

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

 

You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum, however, per the terms of the offer, the console had to be purchased from microsoftstore.com. Retail store purchases are not eligible. Rewards support can only be found in the Rewards Questions
forum and Twitter. No one else handles the program so they do not have correct information regarding the offers.
