    Bought a new gold membership but it does not work?


    I have an xbox live gold membership that expired today, I renewed in through the xbox and none of my games will recognize the renewal. If I try to play any game that requires xbox live, it says that I need an xbox live gold membership before I can play.

    BUT if you go to my account settings it shows that my xbox live gold membership was renewed and expires in 2019.

    HELP?

    If you bought a family pack I believe it has limitations while the single gold membership does not.
