Bought a Mojang account and it's not there

So, I bought an account again since I can't use my main account. I would like to know what I can or can't do about that.

Hello again, if you migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft, you should be able to access it, ideally contacting Mojang support.

I migrated my main account to Microsoft but I had to buy a new one which I can't find even though the payment went through.

So I went on minecraft.net and bought another account and my mom had me also buy it on the Microsoft store, Microsft for Windows + Launcher. The payment went through and everything but I don't have the account if there was one.
