Bought a Minecraft Xbox One Favorites Bundle and not all mash ups are included?

Bought a Minecraft Xbox One Favorites Bundle for kids and not all mash ups are included? Am I confused, on the box it said 7 dlc packs are included. ?

Minecraft DLC Issues

My family has spent a lot of money on Minecraft content over the years. We have purchased most of the texture packs, and we own several skin packs for Minecraft: XBox One Edition. We also have the "Family Favorites" disc edition of the game. Our problem
is that we can't find a way to use the mash-ups, texture packs, and skins that we have purchased with Minecraft (Bedrock/Better Together). Are players/customers going to have to repurchase the DLC for this new edition of the game? If not, how are we to access
our purchased content in Minecraft for Xbox One? We don't play online, but we play together almost every day. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is our family's favorite game to play together, this cross-platform play does nothing for us. Are you leaving players/customers
like us out in the cold?

 

Minecraft mash ups lost because I hjave no accesss to old email address

HI

I have a problem. I purchased Minecraft mash ups for my old email address that I can no longer sign in with and no longer can get password updates or anything thru. How can I get the mash ups and packs to work on Minecraft with my new sign in or do I
really have to purchase them all over again?

 

I have same issue. I bought Minecraft Favorites Edition for XBox One on disc, but when starting one of the extra maps, the DLC packs state they are trail versions and you cannot save games. The extra skins also don't work and direct you to the store to
buy. Before installing the game, the icon in the menu will show Minecraft Favorites Edition, but after install, it always reverts to "Minecraft Favorites for XBox One"

Console: XBox One S 1TB

Things I have tried:

-I have uninstalled re-installed several times with reboots in between and after uninstall/re-install.

-Disabled auto install and auto updates, then performed manual install

-Uninstalled game, Unchecked "Make this my home XBox", re-installed game, re-checked "Make this my home XBox".

-Uninstalled, and re-installed from disc with Network disabled

-Uninstalled\re-installed DLC packs separately via Manage Game

-Sign out\Sign in between uninstall\re-installs

-Verified all Xbox and game updates are applied

Anyone have any other suggestions?
