    Bought a lg qled and can’t control the on and off function on the xbox one x


    Just bought a new LG Qled55b9pva TV, and my Xbox One can't control it. I've gone through the setup, and it gets as far as the "sending mute" command and it doesn't do it. I've also tried entering the model number
    manually, but that doesn't work either. any ideas?

    I have a QLED and OLED tv's in my house and LG OLED looks awesome but with gaming you can get a lot of burning thats why I game on my One X in the Samsung QLED the most because for gaming has been a lot better

    You shouldn't get burning with the modern oleds, never seen it on mine.

    QLED are also nice, but I personaly wanted deeper blacks so got OLED. They are bought great TVs and not really cheap I suppose, depends on the OPs budget. Not sure that was mentioned.

    Right now I’m on a 42 inch Samsung QLED 4K HDR set, but before the Series X is out I’m planning on upgrading to the LG C9 or CX in 65 inch. I need that HDMI 2.1 120hz OLED goodness in my life.
