Bought a game wont let me play because of game pass

To see your order history online, sign in to the Order history page using the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase. Also, if you
have previously played this game through the Game Pass subscription it may be that the console hasn't been able to detect you own the game now. Try to

remove and re-add your account.



Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

I have bought the game but it didn’t let me play it. Because I wanted to play it I then bought the ultimate pass. I own the game however it only works when I have the ultimate pass

Are you on the same account you bought them on?

I recommend maybe trying to add your Xbox as your Home Xbox in settings. I think that might end up fixing some not owning games issues.

The problem is that stellaris is part of Game Pass and it's not allowing me to use the DLC either. I bought the Expansion Pass 5 with the Nemesis DLC which states that it is part of Game Pass, but it still wont let me use the DLC. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?
