    Bought a game which is not working and cannot get a refund!


    I bought a game (FIFA 19 legacy for XBOX 360). Downloaded it and turns out I cannot play it as it says the region is wrong. The region can't be wrong - I'm in Israel, I bought the game on their Israeli web site (paid in shekels!), and my microsoft account
    region is set to Israel.

    Oh, and the best part is that I cannot get a refund!

    Wow...did not expect such level of scam from Microsoft!

    P.S. And what happened to support!?

    I cannot possibly satisfy this condition since the reason I'm requesting a refund is because I cannot launch the game to begin with!

    There is no refund option in the link. There is no refund option on the web site in the orders history.

    The point is that the only reason I want a refund is because the game doesn't work! I'd settle gladly for someone from MSFT support helping me to get the game I bought working, but THERE IS NO SUPPORT!

    No support, no refunds, buggy games - PROFIT!

    Try the support chat they can gelp you with that, if you madr the purchase with credit car ld it will be easier, if they ask you more informations send they a print of the purchase email

    You could go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing there you get an option to set a call back from the support team. Maybe they could help you out.
