Bought a game two hours ago but haven't recieved a confirmation

So i bought the Xcom 2 collection about 2 hours ago. It all went well, the money was taken off my bank account but i haventh recieved the product yet nor is it showing in my order history. I hope it's just a minor problem and the money might not be processed
yet but i want to make sure.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that you haven't yet received confirmation of your purchase.
If you purchased the content on your account, please take a moment to
view your Xbox purchase history online
to confirm that the purchase can be seen in your Order History. You will need the credentials for the profile such as the email and password. If you do not see the purchase, you would then need to
request a call back from Xbox Support
to have them take a look at your account to see what may have happened.

Give this a try and please let us know the results.

No I can't. It tells me to give a mobile number in order to recieve a code to unblock it. I did that over an hour ago. I still haven't recieved the code.

I know of one person on boards.ie that recieved theirs and that was only an hour ago at most. I haven't got mine yet

I also have this problem, I bought it two days ago. I got an email confirming I bought it but it's not updating. Hope someone has an answer.
