    Hi there,

    I've ordered one of the deals with gold games via the Microsoft store. Paid for it with my debit account but I did not receive any confirmation, it does not show up in my order history and I can not download the game on my Xbox. However the money has been
    written off my bank account. Does anyone know a solution for this?

    I may not be able to help this issue but I will ask a few questions to help someone else help you.

    So you claimed your Xbox code, and that went through without issue? Did you confirm your new Microsoft balance after the card?

    Then you purchased the Vbucks, did you do this from the Microsoft store or from the in-game store? If from the Microsoft store then you should have a confirmation email of your purchase. You should verify that. If you bought them in-game, I do not know if
    that would connect through the Microsoft store or if you'd get an email confirming the transaction.

    Last thing worth asking, just to get it out of the way. Do you have a child or sibling that may have spent the points without you knowing? Sometimes its the simplest of answers. lol

    Once you've confirmed at what point the funds went missing, someone will be able to help you remedy the situation. Good luck sir.
