Bought a game through Lazada

I believe you are talking about online purchase from Lazada? Hard to know because they do have retail centers in many Asian cities. If online, then you will receive a code with the emailed receipt of purchase. They also said a code should have shown up on
your screen at purchase confirmation. (Which really does not matter if you have closed up the screen).

My Thai friend suggested going to the Lazada page where you purchase and go to the bottom and click on the Contacts field and follow instructions there. There are local phone numbers but I doubt they will be able to give you the code over the phone. Be sure
and provide your order number/confirmation number in the emails. They will get you the code.

Next is if you get a game from a third party like Lazada, it is not always redeemable in the Microsoft Store. State of Decay 2 should be if you are getting a legitimate copy. Lazada is a reputable supplier and the copy should be certified.

Lastly, like was said before, all we can do is help guide you down a path of finding your redeem code with Lazada as there is nothing Microsoft can do. I highly suggest that you do not waste your time and money pursuing cracked licenses as more than likely
they will fail and infect your system to boot.

yeah Microsoft cant really help you to much I would go to the store you bought it from show proof of the game not working and try to get a refund. make sure to use trusted sites or stores.
