Bought a game, Saying Not Purchased

I recently bought RDR2 since it wasn’t on game pass anymore, once I came back to the game pass it says I don’t own it? I had completed the game and had deleted it when it said I don’t own it and it doesn’t show up in my games and apps. Can somebody help me out?

If you can't see the game you bought in your library, check your order history to see if it is still on the list!

If it is, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

If it is not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support

It dosent say that i purchased the game. I bought prison architect and it dosent show up on the list of purchases.

I think you can only review games that you have purchased (I know you bought them) but it needs to say purchased in the store. Its like they need to verify that you bought it so the digital purchases from the store allow the review
option.

I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
