Bought a game on the Xbox Marketplace but it still says I have to buy it.

I bought DiRT 3 from the sales and I got an email through saying my purchase had been confirmed. Unfortunately if I try to download DiRT 3 either online or on the actual Xbox, it is still telling me I have to pay £3.99. I have bought other games in the sales,
before and after this issue and they have been fine so I have no idea what the problem is!

Bought game but says I need to buy it still

I purchased the BO3 Eclipse DLC on my computer after redeeming xbox gift cards. When I went to my xbox one to download it, it said I had not bought it yet. I then bought it through the xbox one and that did work. How can I get a refund on my account for
the first purchase. It doesn't even show up in my purchase history however the money spent is gone off my balance on my account.

Is the game in your download history? Try downloading it from there if it is and let me know if that solves your issue.

 

It isn't. If I remember rightly an error message did come up (I forgot to write down which one it was) but as I said I still got an email telling me my purchase had been accepted.

 

If the purchase shows in your transactions on the billing site (Sign in to your Microsoft account) but the game doesn't show in your download history, then you'll need to contact support so they can
help you get the game.
