Bought a game off the store back in January, and it is not showing up in my library.

I've restarted my console many times, and it still showing up on the gamepass library to this day 6th January AND still says "launch/play" on the title inside the gamepass library tab.

If it's been removed then why is it still showing up in that specific tab showing that it's still there and playable?

That's what I thought . All other back catalogue games work and I bought it in Xbox sale today with other games in the back catalogue sale. All other 8 show in library install and play. But nights saying I don't own it.

But I have an email to prove I bought it off store with online receipt

Were all the games that aren't showing up in your library bought digitaly? If any of the games are disc and you played them off of game pass then they would show up in the xbox store as installed but then tell you that you can buy them to own forever.
If all games were digital purchases then there is some sort of bug with game pass.

Was the DLC not showing on the Microsoft store app too? It is supposed to show up under Library on Microsoft store app.

it is on the transactions page, but not for microsoft and it still hasnt showed up in my game library or even showed i have bought it
