Bought a game in the xbox store. It isn't showing up on my system.

I bought the original Mass Effect for $19.99. I don't have Game Pass or EA play, so I purchased the game. It isn't showing up on my XBox. I have tried to refresh my games and apps. I have restarted the console. I have made sure that remote installations are turned on. In fact, I bought another game (NBA Jam) which immediately started downloading on my XBox. I even accessed the XBox store from my XBox and looked at my purchase history. The game shows up on the purchase history. But there is no sign of the game in the games and apps section of my Xbox. It is super frustrating that microsoft won't even give me their phone number to call when I just paid $19.99 for something.

Anyway, does anyone know how to help me?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Im still not able to do anything with it on my xbox one I claimed it from Xbox website but cant install on my system and it isn't even showing in my owned games they need to fix this problem, the store is still saying it can only be bought and played on

Try purchasing it again. I had to do it twice for it to register in my games list.

I bought the bundle also. I can play black flag but Unity isn't even showing up on my Xbox one and I lost the code of course and game stop said there isn't anything that could be done about it

If you bought V-bucks from the Microsoft Store, they should show up in-game when you load up Fortnite on your Xbox. Do they show in Fortnite?
