Bought a Game in the Store - Cannot play it

Hello,

i bought a game in the store. It was Borderlands: The Handsome Collection

I cannot start it, as it tells me to insert a disc or buy the game. It is ridiculous. The phone support did nothing, tried it 2 times now with no solution.

Children can't play games I bought.

I recently bought a few games off of the Xbox store, and now now my children's accounts cannot play the games unless I am signed in. Shouldn't anyone on the console I bought the game on be able to play it? Every time they go to play, it says the owner of
the game must sign in.

hello i am a new owner of an xbox onex.i bought it today and i cannot create an account.i cant play games or anything...keeps showing msg that the store is out of order or smthg..

try power cycling your console, to do this here

also restart your internet(hub/router)

they told you to do these?

I did. And it does not work. All other games that i purchased in the Store work totally fine. I told the support I bought it. I told them ABOUT the time ca when I bought it. They said there is no license on my account so they cannot know for sure that I
actually bought it.

But i unlocked an achievement three days ago when i played the Game DIGITALLY!

Since the purchase is almost a year old i don't have an email where Microsoft confirms my order.

This is just great and I am really *** about this situation.

 

I found my copy of the Purchase. I am now calling the support again and see what they do
