bought a game(digital) but didn't receive

hi there, today I bought the walking dead a new frontier season pass online but I can not install it anywhere and i didn't receive anything. When I go to the store I see 'buy' instead of installing or
anything like that. I also see nothing in my order history even though money has been debited from my bank account. Does anyone know a solution or can I still get my money back?

i'm not all to familiar with this.
