bought a game cant find it now

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you purchased a game but its not showing up in your Order History or being available for installation. If it is not in your purchase history
Microsoft Account Order History then Microsoft did not receive the payment for the game so no license was issued for the content. I recommend contacting your payment provider
and ask what the status is of the transaction. Hope this helps!

The only thing I can guess is that as it's from a third party it'd be e-mailed to you as a code to redeem on Xbox store.

I am unfamiliar with "IDeal" but if it is a third party I imagine they would have to send you a code to redeem on the Xbox Store.

When you made the purchase were you supplied a code to enter into the store? Can you detail the process of your purchase and redeem experience to help us figure out a solution for you?

Hm, never heard of this issue before. Did you buy the game digital or as a disc?

After doing some research I understand now that iDeal is a payment method. You say you did not use the Xbox Store app to purchase your game. Can you detail what store you purchased your software from?
