    Hi there

    i'm contacting you because i bought a game by mistake...

    I've the xbox game pass, i clicked on a game who is normally free (Deadlight: Director's Cut) but my paypal automaticly paid for it...

    SO i've paid 12€ for a game i don't want...

    I didn't installed it or played and i would like to know if it's possible to be refund...

    I bought a game by mistake

    You would need a full paid subscription in order to download the 360 games with gold games. Trials do not actually change your account status to gold. One games require a subscription in order to keep the games for free so they work a little differently.
    For a refund/exchange, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    of Eden me I was charged € 19.99 on my credit card. Will this amount be charged or will it be free? Please help me, I did not want to buy the game, I did not want a refund, but another game of the same value. Thank you

    i'm trying to contact them by twitter (and tomorrow by phone cause it's actually closed...)

    What a bad start on this platform... first time i'm going on... hope it will can be fixed.
