Bought a game by mistake

i'm contacting you because i bought a game by mistake...

I've the xbox game pass, i clicked on a game who is normally free (Deadlight: Director's Cut) but my paypal automaticly paid for it...

SO i've paid 12€ for a game i don't want...

I didn't installed it or played and i would like to know if it's possible to be refund...

You would need a full paid subscription in order to download the 360 games with gold games. Trials do not actually change your account status to gold. One games require a subscription in order to keep the games for free so they work a little differently.
For a refund/exchange, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

of Eden me I was charged € 19.99 on my credit card. Will this amount be charged or will it be free? Please help me, I did not want to buy the game, I did not want a refund, but another game of the same value. Thank you

i'm trying to contact them by twitter (and tomorrow by phone cause it's actually closed...)

What a bad start on this platform... first time i'm going on... hope it will can be fixed.

You should be able to complete this online if you use the Contact us link below and when prompted select the option to chat with Xbox Support and they should be able to help with this today.

That's my prob, on your link i don't find where i've to go to open the "chat" (you are talking about chat online, or phone ?)

 

Problem fixed with the chat, they exeptionaly refund me !
