    bought a game but wont show up


    i am asking for a friend, even i cant figure it out. they bought a game on their phone and tried installing it through their phone but it sais the account needs to be homed (which it is) when they check their bank the payment has gone through but no game
    to be seen anywhere on the account at all. they tried restarting, un homing then re homing and signing out and logging back in but nothing works, any ideas? thanks in advance and sorry for grammer mistake

    Game bought but wont show up

    In such kind of issues you might want to try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If the game still doesn't show up, try to soft reset your console.

    Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

    Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

    I thought its Pre-download ? Different Versions ?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that we need to make sure that it's on your account, please follow the steps below and validate if it's showing as "completed".

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

    If it's showing up as "completed", simply remove and re-add your account.

    "REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​
