Bought a game but it isn't in my order list

Hi! I just bought the Forza motorsport 7 ultimate edition and I don't have the game because there was some error, it doesn't show in my orders but the money was already removed from my account. I paid the game but I don't have it. What can I do?

First thing I would suggest is to remove your account and add it back again. Also, would you please double check your Order history here and make sure that you are logged in using the correct account which you used to purchase the game. If you are still unable to locate the purchase on your account and the money were taken out of your bank account, then it would be best to get in touch with our live support to check your account and verify the purchase from their end.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

That actually happened to me as well and in some cases, the money is just pending on your bank's end. You can confirm it to them and show your order history as a proof that the charge didn't went through.

Hi! Two days after the purchase the purchase appeared as it went through but they immediately refunded me. The solution is just to wait. Thank you all!! You are great!!

Thats the Problem. They refunded the game i bought in an external Store not in the Microsoft Store. The Game i purchased in the Microsoft Store is not listed in my order history. dont know why

Order History let's make sure it does show the purchase for the game Quantum Break.

Yes, it is into the Order History

As well as we can verify this if you check your
Owned Game List.

But it is not into my Owned Game List.

I bought it following the link via Microsoft Reward app of the Xbox One. If I look for it via the Microsoft Store it shows me a different page and a different price (1p€ instead of 9,24€ as I bought it).

While if I use the link in Microsoft Reward app I see the status as game already bought, and the only available option is to buy it as a gift for someone else.

It's odd...isn't it?
