Bought a game and it's saying incompatible.

How do you return a game when you have accidentally purchased it for the wrong type of xbox. I bought MLB the Show 21 for xbox x s but it turns out that my son has xbox one s. I gifted the game to him. I don't see a refund option on the order history page.

All you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!

After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

Same here,bought the game,but message says it's been updated,to an incompatible version,have also bought the 3 packs.So what's going on?

I just redownloaded Minecraft and when I did the game said "buy trial" even though I've already bought and downloaded the game. Well, at least it's not saying "incompatible with launcher" anymore, yet still it asks me to buy the game again.

Can't say I play those games and I'm sure the time zone difference would make for a very incompatible gaming session.
